Music therapy is the evidence-based use of music to achieve individualized and functional outcomes for the client. Music engages multiple regions of the brain at once. This multimodal/multisensory activation leads to an increase in learning. Music is a dynamic and motivating mechanism that affects the whole person in a non-invasive way.

Who can benefit?

Anyone can find success in music therapy because of the adaptability and versatile nature of music. No previous music experience or innate musical talent is necessary!
